A: We use hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. Hot water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
A: No, we are professionally certified to move furniture at no charge. After finishing your cleaning, we will return furniture to its original position with protective padding as needed. However, we recommend you remove items off your furniture prior to our technicians’ arrival. We do not move certain items, such as pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors and pool tables.
A: We use a powerful hot water extraction process because it provides the deepest clean. However, some delicate materials may require lighter cleaning methods, which we can discuss with you.
A: We are able to clean a wide range of leathers, including suede, nubuck, aniline and pigmented leader.

A: Our process includes an initial vacuuming to remove loose debris. We perform an auto-scrubbing with alkaline cleaner, then with a neutral cleaner to return your hardwood floor to its initial sheen. Edges and stairs are hand-scrubbed.
