What are your carpet cleaning prices?

 Stanley Steemer costs fall between $25-$75 per room. Areas or rooms are considered up to 300 square feet or 15ft x 20ft, the typical size of a two-car garage. Any area more than 300 square feet but less than 600 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas, including bathrooms, halls and walk-in closets, are priced separately. Larger, entire house-cleaning projects can cost more than $550. The good news is you will need to do practically nothing to prepare for the arrival of our cleaning crew.

What about moving furniture?

 Moving furniture is included in the price. The Stanley Steemer crew is professionally trained to move your furniture. After the cleaning is completed, we will return the furniture to its rightful place on protective padding as needed. We do suggest you remove valuable items off of your furniture, such as electronics, plants, lamps and knick-knacks. We will move most of the furniture that can be safely moved. However, we will not move several labor-intensive items including: pianos, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors and pool tables.

Should I vacuum beforehand?

 A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. The Stanley Steemer crew can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned if it is needed. During the cleaning process, the equipment vacuums all dirt and debris back into our trucks.

What Cleaning method is used?

We apply an exclusive hot water extraction method that removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specifically formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. A powerful suction then extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, remaining solution and 95 percent of the moisture.

What about stains?

 Stanley Steemer pre-treats any areas of concern to ensure the most thorough cleaning. We will apply deodorizer or protector as requested and groom the carpet when the entire area is cleaned using our exclusive hot water extraction method.

How long will my carpet take to dry?

 You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning but avoid wearing street shoes, which may re-soil your carpet. Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas onto non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.

Is the work guaranteed?

 We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains, but we will ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, simply notify us within 10 days of the cleaning and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have.
