A: We consider a 300-square foot space to be one “area.” An area between 300 and 600-square feet is considered two areas. Non-standard areas, such as bathrooms, halls, landings, walk-in closets, etc., are priced separately from a standard area, usually at a lower price.

Q: Why should I have my HVAC system cleaned?

A: Having your HVAC cleaned may lead to increased efficiency, lowering electricity bills and extending your unit’s lifetime. Indoor air is also two to five times more polluted than outdoor air, and having your HVAC cleaned may reduce the harmful effects of dust and debris in the air.

Q: How long will it take my office furniture to dry?

A: Drying time depends on the specific type of upholstery you have, which determines the cleaning process we use. Typical drying times range from 6 to 12 hours.

Q: How long do I have to stay off the floor after sealant has been applied to tile and grout?

A: We recommend you wait 30 minutes before walking on the floor, and it will take 24 hours to cure completely. We also suggest you avoid any type of liquid coming into contact with the floor during that time period.

Q: How do you clean hardwood floors?

A: Our process includes an initial vacuuming to remove loose dirt and debris followed by an auto-scrubbing with an alkaline cleaner. Then, we continue scrubbing with a neutral cleaner to return the floor to its original sheen. We hand scrub edges and stairs.
